Policy for Returns and Exchanges
AKAT assures customers about the quality of products purchased through our website. We would like you to contact us for minor alterations/changes for your product, which will be taken care of by us at zero cost.
However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange/refund it for you if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect
- If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at: akat.anjali@gmail.com with a photograph of the product as well as the invoice details
- Please contact our care team within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at akat.anjali@gmail.com or call at +91 8371861372 from Monday to Friday. between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will investigate the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn and the original tags are intact. Goods that are damaged/without tags will be returned to the customer
- There will be no returns or exchanges for products made for custom measurement
- We do not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size
- We hold the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued
- Return requests received after 48 hours of receipt will not qualify for a return

- We will be happy to, following a quality check and at our discretion, offer you a refund. This will be processed within 14 business day
- Any refund will be made in the original method of payment
- Our products take 10-12 days to ship
