Policy for Returns and Exchanges​

AKAT assures customers about the quality of products purchased through our website. We would like you to contact us for minor alterations/changes for your product, which will be taken care of by us at zero cost.

However, if you are not happy with the product, we have the following options available:

Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery for store credit only(Valid for 2 month period).

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.

Exchange

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditons for Exchange

Exchange the product for the same product if you are facing sizing issues or the item received is damaged. Though, all precautions and quality checks are done at our end however, in an event of such nature we are happy to exchange the product. Certain types of  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for exchange since those are specially crafted for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
